Consultation is two-way communication. It’s about involving people to gain an understanding of their ideas, views, concerns and opinions. The Observatory co-ordinates the Council’s consultation work, managing the ‘Ask Warwickshire’ consultation and engagement tool. We also provide advice and support for other organisations and individuals wanting to carry out consultation, including all aspects of survey work and the use of specialist survey software.
